This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Muscadelle, Chenin Blanc and Semillon from major premium vineyard regions of South Australia. Pale straw in colour, it has a persistent fine bead and displays soft, rich fruit characters and freshness with a touch of sweetness softening the finish. Ranked as one of Australia's top five sparkling wines, this wine could literally be translated as 'great blend' and is a rich style of wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with food.
