Leila is a fine example of what sparkling wine can deliver when the winemaker looks beyond the traditional sparkling varieties and creates something truly unique and special. Yellowglen Sparkling Winemaker Charles Hargrave has selected quality grapes to create a wine that shows lifted herbaceous and spicy characters, with ripe tropical fruits. The wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel to retain its fresh fruit focus and distinctively fresh Sauvignon Blanc character.

This delicious bubbly matches perfectly with delicate natural seaford such as Sydney Rock Oysters, King George Whiting, Scallops, and also complements the natural fruit based desserts.
