This Clancy's 2003 red blend continues the tradition of indisputable Barossa character. Black cherry in colour with Shiraz chocolate and ripe plums on the nose, with an underlying hint of fresh minty leafiness from the Cabernet and Merlot. A softly textured, medium-bodied wine showing a harmonious balance of fruit and beautifully integrated oak, and finishing firm. It is a particularly attractive wine and very accessible in its youth and certainly a wine which can be enjoyed now.
