This exotic "blushed" white wine is produced by taking the "free run" juice from premium 'red' Shiraz grapes on the way to the de-stemming machine and pumping it directly to the tank. Unlike a typical Rose, which is left on the skins for 24 hours to gain colour, the juice has not been "pressed" and has had no contact at all with the skins.
This accounts from the luscious "fairy floss" mouth feel. When the wine has completed fermentation, it is protein and cold stabilised, fined and filtered ready for bottling.

Colour: Gorgeous soft pink

Aroma: Apples, pears, ginger and spice with some strawberry notes

Palate: Red berry fruits and toffee apple, finishing with traces of strawberries and cream. A crisp and dry finish with a hint of sweetness.

Food: Mediterranean salads, barbecued fish, light spicy curries especially Thai curries
