Region: Margaret River, Churchview Estate Vineyard

The premium Willyabrup fruit was picked from a single vineyard in the early morning and then de-stemmed before being fermented on skins for seven days. It was then pressed and settled before going through malo-lactic fermentation. The wine was then aged in a mixture of 75% American and 25% French oak and fined without the use of animal products before being bottled.

Aroma: Exotic aromas of raspberry, rhubarb with sweet basil and a hint of white pepper and aniseed.

Palate: Ripe, rich red berries with savoury spice tannins, with a soft and silky.

Food: Roast red meats, curries or barbecue.
