Cape Mentelle's vineyards lie in the far south west corner of Western Australia, where the Margaret River meets the Indian Ocean.  This quintessential blend has become a Margaret River benchmark.  Selection of the finest fruit from predominately estate vineyards, combined with meticulous vinification and a portion of barrel fermentation are hallmarks of this complex style.  The wine displays aromatic fresh fruit characters and beautifully balanced palate weight.  It is best enjoyed now or within two years of release.
