There is a global trend towards the increasing popularity of aromatic and fruitier white wines. Our classic white is designed specifically to meet this requirement with great fruit flavours and a refreshing crisp finish.A careful blend of white varietals has been developed to deliver a complete wine with mouth-filling flavours. The key varietals in the classic white are Sauvignon Blanc (79%) Semillon (11%) as well as influence from components of other white varieties.The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to preserve the lively fruit characters. After gentle crushing the juice underwent a cold ferment in stainless steel tanks to ensure the natural crispness of the fruit was maintained. Selected juice parcels were then carefully combined to deliver the final blend before bottling.
