Maturation All grapes were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain all of the fresh fruit characters. After fermentation they were blended to create a very crisp easy drinking style.

Palate Supple, vibrant, juicy, lush tropical fruit and citrus flavours with crunchy acidity and a squeaky clean finish. Long, lingering flavours of grapefruit and lemon grass make this the ideal seafood wine.
