Vintage Conditions
The 2006 growing season was warm and dry with early development of rich fruit flavours.

Winemaking
Fruit is sourced from selected vineyard blocks. In the winery it is de-stemmed to both static and open fermenters with 10% whole bunches. It is cold soaked and fermented on skins for 14 days. The wine was matured in new and used French Oak for 10 months.

Alc/Vol : 14.0 %   pH : 3.50   TA : 6.6 g/L

Cellaring
The wine should continue to develop complexity for 3 - 5 years in a good cellar.
