This quintessential Shiraz from low-yeilding Barossa Valley is matured for 14 months in French oak barrels. A generously flavoured ripe and well rounded wine with exceptional balance and complexity it promises many year of bottle development given careful cellaring. During maturation, a fine sediment may form in this bottle - an entitrely natural feature of the wine's gradual development. For optimum enjoyment, the wine should therefore be carefully decanted, which will also allow it to breathe prior to being served.
